Just Day 8 of the 30:30 Challenge
What I Did Today
30-minute workout in my apartment. Crunches, pushups, squats, leg lifts and use my 10lb. dumbbell.
Reflections
Gotta get my ass back in the gym...gym tomorrow!!! Pronto!!!
